I’m a new mom navigating the world, trying to figure out how to do this one step at a time.

I know how stressful it can be welcoming a new baby. Trust me, I've been there. I went into labor a month early and was not prepared for it, let alone my birth was one cuckoo story. In as much as it was many things it was also a miraculous and endearing time that I managed to capture and truly cherish. This time really helped me to realize what I want to do and focus on getting there. 

When I was taking my newborn portraits and talking to friends going through the same stage they told me how hard it was trying to figure it all out, which is why I came up with a unique individualized process for my clients. I don’t want you to worry about how to get out of the house, what to wear, or how to get the other kids on board. From planning, styling, wardrobe and location ideas I’m there for you to make this into an enjoyable and very simple experience where everyone is on board so that you can remember and cherish these moments for life. 

I still remember hanging up my portrait and how it felt like home. I can’t explain to you the feeling of a home with empty walls. It kind of feels like it isn’t yours. When I adorned my walls with my newborn and family portraits it felt like we not only physically just became a family but we now have a home to call our own. I constantly am reminded of those little moments that I got to hold my daughter, hear her coo, and feel her teeny tiny hand curled around my pinky. Her portrait is over my couch reminding me daily of that new and exciting feeling and I want that for you.
